What you need to know:

Quotations:

1.The Customer can be charged an administration fee.

2.The quotation is subject to change as Local and International prices can change as well as currency changes that might effect the quotation prices.

3.JM Sourcing Solutions PTY Ltd. as a company do not do quotations for any Government Grants, tenders or for funding application, If our quotations are used as such we will take no responsibility their of.

4.We strive to get multiple supplier, manufacturer and shipping quotations to give the customer a variety of options to choose from.

5..If the customer fails to pay the quotation within 5 business days the quotation will be Nul and void.

Sourcing costs/payments and shipping:

1.JM Sourcing Solutions PTY Ltd. works as a middle man to source the products or materials needed by the customer, we do not in any regard take responsibility for any payment for the product, shipping , handling or any other costs that might arise during the sourcing and importing process and this must be paid by the customer in full within 48 hours.

2. If the customer fails to pay the local port charges, clearing charges, taxes, duties, vat, or any of the charges of the shipment when it arrives, JM Sourcing Solutions PTY Ltd. will take no responsibility if the cargo is seized, put in storage or destroyed, and the customer will be liable for all charges that may occur including storage charges.

3.JM Sourcing Solutions PTY Ltd. Can not guarantee shipping time weather it be by sea/air/or local freight. And shipping time can be delayed due to many reasons.

Products and or materials:

1. JM Sourcing Solutions can't guarantee the quality or reliability of products or materials sourced, although we always use verified manufacturers and suppliers, thus we always recommend when importing a product that has breakable parts due to wear and tare or any other reason, that you include these parts on the import list as the warrantee process is a timeous process and local parts might not be available.

Manufacturers warrantee:

1.We will include the manufacturers warrantee, if one is given , but JM Sourcing Solutions PTY Ltd. does by no means carry the warrantee or Guarantee of any product sourced for a customer, we will however be more than happy to submit a claim on your behalf.
